Things are awfully busy around here as I get ready for my open studio tomorrow. There are paintings everywhere, large and small, and my studio has never been cleaner.
In the interest of displaying as many of my little daily paintings as possible, we came up with this wall arrangement. I think they look quite nice and colorful all together like this (even though several of them need to be straightened). There are small groupings of daily paintings to be found elsewhere around the apartment, too, and many shelves contain small paintings on canvas board standing on mini easels. I had no idea I had done this much painting!
while this wall really did look nice before the open studio, you probably preferred how it was riddled with sold stickers and empty spaces afterward
I must admit, that was pretty sweet. It looks even more decimated (in a good way) today now that I’ve taken down the remaining sold ones. Must paint more!
